I grew up in the Ruhr area, appreciating honesty and straightforwardness, and I'm drawn to strong personalities and the unfiltered everyday life. My particular interest lies in the interactions and emotions of different societies and cultures within the same living space. Slowing down and fully immersing myself in my surroundings defines the process of photography for me.
